While you can use any name for the delivery address, the customer is responsible for any delivery issues that might occur.

If the recipient is not available during the delivery attempt, the parcel will be taken to the local Delivery Office for collection, where an ID will be required.

It’s important to note that MYEDIBLESUK™ will not be liable for any incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

MYEDIBLESUK™ team does not share any customer details, and registration with us is not mandatory. Our servers are located in a secure environment, and in the event of a security breach, we will physically destroy the data.

Due to the nature of our business and the need to maintain privacy, we cannot offer returns at this stage.

MYEDIBLESUK™ does not provide refunds for orders once they have been placed and processed.

However, if an order is not delivered within 15 working days due to circumstances such as loss during transit, MYEDIBLESUK™ will offer a free replacement for the order.

Please note that this replacement policy only applies to situations where an order has been confirmed as lost in transit and has not been successfully delivered within the specified timeframe.

At MYEDIBLESUK™, we dispatch orders through Royal Mail. Standard deliveries are shipped using Tracked 24, while Express Delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service aims to deliver by 1:00 PM on the next working day, though some addresses may have exceptions.

All orders are packaged discreetly, ensuring privacy from family or housemates.

If tracking data indicates your order is lost, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

However, if the status shows “Delivered,” no replacement will be provided as we rely on the courier’s data.

If you are not home when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a red card with your tracking number. You can use this number to update your delivery options, such as scheduling a redelivery or collecting your parcel from the local depot.

It is crucial to collect your parcel promptly. If it is not collected and is returned to the sender, it will be considered lost, as we do not have access to the return address for security reasons.

Additionally, if your order is refused and returned to the sender, it will also be considered lost.

In these cases, the customer assumes full responsibility, and no replacements will be provided.
